Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pawlikatelier@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
